POLY 060 Ultra Clear Lamination

Ultra Clear 60 micron Polymer PVC film, ultra clear permanent acrylic adhesive, 50 micron Polyester liner.

OneWayPro® POLY 060 Ultraclear lamination is recommended for the long term protection of
OneWayPro® microperforated films. The lamination provides protection against dust, dirt, water and UV light and ensures that the holes in the microperforated film are not blocked and that the microperforated film remains transparent. The lamination also makes it easier to remove the microperforated film (in one piece).

When laminating to prints, the inks must be completely dry and cannot contain silicone. A 24 hour delay after printing is preferable. OneWayPro® POLY 060 lamination is compatible with screen and digital prints, as well as solvent, eco-solvent, mild-solvent, latex and UV inks. However, for UV, the adhesion to the ink varies from machine to machine. A test is therefore preferable
