CAST 050 Ultra Clear Laminate
OneWayPro® CAST 050 Ultra Clear laminate is a product intended to protect microperforated vinyl for curved surfaces (for flat surfaces, use the OneWayPro® PET 036 Ultra Clear laminate), and for all types of deformable printing (on vehicles) with hot or cold lamination.
OneWayPro® CAST 050 Ultra Clear laminate is an ultra-transparent, cast 50-micron PVC film with a permanent acrylic adhesive that is also ultra-transparent. The adhesive is coated with a siliconized 50-micron polyester protective film enabling total transparency.
OneWayPro® CAST 050 Ultra Clear laminate protects printing from deterioration caused by UV rays as well as dust and water which could infiltrate the holes of the microperforated film.
Cast 050 Ultra Clear Laminate [:de]OneWayPro® CAST 050 Ultra Clear ist ein Schutzlaminat für mikroperforierte Vinylfolieauf gewölbten Flächen (auf ebenen Flächen ist das Schutzlaminat OneWayPro® PET 036 Ultra Clear zu empfehlen). Es eignet sich für alle Arten von dehnbaren Aufdrucken (Folierung von Fahrzeugen) und lässt sich mit einem Heiß- oder auch Kaltlaminator verarbeiten.
Das OneWayPro® CAST 050 Ultra Clear ist eine 50 µm starke ultratransparente PVC-Gussfolie mit ebenfalls ultratransparentem Permanent -Acrylkleber. Der Kleber ist mit einer 50 µm starken Silikon-Polyester-Schutzfolie überzogen, die für vollkommene Transparenz sorgt.
Das OneWayPro® CAST 050 Ultra Clear Schutzlaminat schützt die Aufdrucke vor schädigenden UV-Strahlen sowie Staubbildung und Wasseransammlung in den Löchern der mikroperforierten Folie.
